The Islamabad High Court has called for the complete records of the Imran Khan’s Tosha Khana case the court has directed to schedule the request for suspension of the former prime minister’s sentence for an early hearing.
Imran Khan’s Tosha Khana case Islamabad High Court hascalled for complete record of Toshah Khana case against Imran Khan. According to the details, the Islamabad High Court has issued a writ of appeal against the sentence of Chairman PTI Imran Khan in the Tosha Khana case. Chief Justice Amir Farooq and Justice Tariq Mehmood Jahangiri issued the order.
The court has called for the complete record of the Imran Khan’s Tosha Khana case against Chairman PTI, while also issuing notices to the parties to fix the appeal against the sentence for early hearing. In the order, it was stated that notices should be issued to the parties and the records of the case should also be summoned. Imran Khan’s appeal is a against the decision of the trial court on August 5, the trial was conducted on the complaint of Election Commission against Chairman PTI.
InImran Khan’s Tosha Khana case a hearing was held on the appeal against the sentence of Chairman PTI Imran Khan and the request for suspension of the sentence. Chief Justice Amir Farooq and Justice Tariq Mehmood Jahangiri heard the case. Sardar Latif Khosa, Salman Akram Raja and other lawyers were present on the rostrum. Sardar Latif Khosa complained about the harassment of Imran Khan’s lawyers. Latif Khosa said that we sacrificed for the independence of the judiciary and the restoration of the system.
