An application was filed in the Supreme Court for the restoration of Najab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa assemblies.

According to the private TV channel Dunya News, the position has been taken in the petition that the dissolution of the Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa assemblies is unconstitutional, the assemblies were not dissolved on the discretionary authority of the chief ministers, Imran Khan admitted that the assemblies should be dissolved at the behest of General Bajwa, requested in the petition. It has been decided that the Supreme Court should order the restoration of the Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Assembly.
